Job Description
SCOPE OF POSITION:
Oklahoma Chiller is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent within the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. This position will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, building a pipeline of qualified candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring process across all departments at Oklahoma Chiller.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, identify, and engage with qualified professionals through various channels, including online job boards, industry associations, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Build and maintain a strong network of HVAC professionals to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with the HR team to ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring process.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other tools to manage and document the recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to leadership.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize the recruitment process.
WHAT WILL PUT YOU AHEAD:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or experience in a technical recruiting role.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates' technical competencies and match them with organizational needs.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
