As the People Team Coordinator, you will be involved in all elements of making Vevo a great place to work. The People Team Coordinator will work directly with all functions in the People Team with a primary focus on ensuring all new hires have an exceptional interview and onboarding process and that all employees receive personalized support with HR related inquiries. You will have the ability to make a direct impact on the employee experience and so much more! This is an ideal opportunity if you are ready to begin your career in Human Resources in the Media / Entertainment company. As a member of our team, you will:
  • Administrative support for the HR amp; Talent functions within the People Team at Vevo
  • Serve as the onboarding lead for all new hires; coordinating new hire paperwork, exceptional attention to detail is a MUST in this role
  • Answer incoming inquiries from new hires and employees
  • Partner with the IT and Facilities teams to coordinate new hire equipment and day one set up
  • Responsible for offboarding within BambooHR HRIS system
  • Maintain and update employee records in BambooHR, handling confidential information with professionalism
  • Ongoing report administration with all internal data systems
  • Compile monthly updates for all departmental organizational charts in OrgPlus system
  • Complete all document updates to Vevo’s internal Employee Portal when policies are revised or updated
  • Support with performance management platform, CultureAmp
  • Assist in scheduling of employee training sessions
  • Support administration of special projects across the People team including, but not limited to, employee engagement activities, talent team hiring events, benefits education sessions, etc
  • Manage inventory and distribution of new hire swag
  • Understand and actively communicate People Team policies, initiatives and offerings across all departments
  • Be a team-first member of Vevo with a strong sense of follow through and support for Vevo’s culture and company mission
Requirements:
  • You have an Associates or Bachelor's Degree - (preferred but not required: Relevant Internship experience)
  • You have a keen interest in learning more about Human Resources
  • You are able to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
  • You enjoy interacting with people and problem solving
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are a self starter who thrives in a fast paced and agile environment
  • You work well on a team and follow existing processes but can also come up with ways to streamline them
  • You have strong organizational and project management skills- a multi-tasking master
The pay range for this position is: $62,400 65,000 per year. Please note thatthe foregoing compensation information is a good-faith assessmentassociated with this position only and is provided pursuant to theNew York City Transparency Law.
