As Logistics Analyst you will be responsible for the in’s and out’s of the all-things shipping, including outbound parcel shipments, inbound freight shipments, and 3PL fulfillment operations. You’ll partner closely with our pharmacies, supply planning team, care team, and shipping carriers such as UPS to ensure patient medications are delivered on time. On the analytics side, you will also manage delivery KPIs to help identify areas of opportunities within our shipping network in order to improve shipping costs and speed up on time delivery performance.

  • Monitor daily outbound direct-to-patient shipments to ensure on time delivery
  • Develop robust monitoring system to ensure daily shipments are picked up successfully
  • On-call support for all pharmacy shipping needs
  • Work with shipping carriers and care team to resolve real-time delivery issues
  • Schedule and track inbound freight LTL/FTL shipment requests
  • Manage bi-weekly carriers claims process and retail shipping disputes
  • Develop on time delivery KPIs for weekly business reviews and carrier scorecards
  • Create reporting tools and dashboards to improve delivery visibility
  • Support ad hoc shipping analysis requested by leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Own end of month process with Accounting to report on outbound and inbound financials
  • Lead network optimization analysis to improve on time metrics and shipping costs
  • Identify areas of improvement through data to drive best-in-class patient delivery experience
What You'll Bring:
  • 2-3 years experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations
  • Experience working with parcel shipping carriers (ie. UPS, Fedex, Lasership, Ontrac, etc.)
  • Intermediate experience with Excel and Google sheets (Advanced skills a plus)
  • Experience with other BI tools (ie. Looker, Tableau)
  • Ability to do detail oriented tasks with a high level of organization
  • Top-of-the-line communication skills, connecting effectively over email, chat, phone, and in-person
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with EDI integrations and ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus)
  • Experience in working with 3PL fulfillment and freight providers
  • Experience working cross functionally with Finance amp; Accounting
  • Startup ecommerce related experience

The target base salary for this position ranges from $60,400 to $80,000, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
