Superior Contracting amp; Maintenance is looking for a Punchlist Contractor to join our team. As a Punchlist Contractor, you will be responsible for completing a variety of services such as general repairs, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting. You will be working on a variety of different projects and have the opportunity to showcase your knowledge and expertise in the construction industry.

Responsibilities
- Complete and execute tasks as assigned by project manager, ensuring work is completed within the established time frame and budget
- Ability to perform general repairs and carpentry work including framing, drywall repair/replace, texture match, flooring installation, and finish work
- Converse with project managers to ensure their needs are being met
- Show up to job sites with materials and tools needed for each job assigned
- Manage and prioritize workload and communicate progress to the project manager
- Ensure job sites are left clean and orderly at the end of the day
- Maintain accurate records of work completed
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in punch list work or similar construction industry experience
- Possess basic computer skills for submitting electronic documentation
- Must provide own tools and reliable transportation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Basic understanding of building codes and safety regulations
- Strong communication skills, able to interact professionally with clients, vendors and employees at all levels.
- Have all your own tools and reliable transportation.
