Superior Contracting amp; Maintenance is seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Electrician to join our team. As a Residential Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential properties. - Install, maintain, repair and upgrade electrical systems and electrical wiring in residential properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues and establish the most efficient and effective solutions for repair.
- Adhere to National Electric Code (NEC) regulations, state and local building codes
- Install and maintain lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, and other electrical devices and equipment.
- Estimate time and materials required for electrical work and create project timelines.
- Communicate with clients and account managers in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Electrical License required
- General Liability Preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Residential Electrician
- Knowledge and understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and safety procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently or as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
