Seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
To join our vibrant and expanding team of mental health experts, we are now looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is committed and experienced. The chosen applicant will play a crucial role in our expanding and dynamic mental health team by offering individuals, couples, and families in our community comprehensive marital and family therapy services. The chosen applicant will be in charge of offering our community's individuals, families, and groups comprehensive mental health services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Provide individual, couple, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and psychiatrists, to ensure coordinated care for clients.
- Document progress notes, treatment plans, and other relevant client information in accordance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in clinical supervision, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Stay informed about best practices, emerging research, and trends in the marriage and family therapy field.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in accordance with legal requirements and organizational policies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Valid LMFT license in the state.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience, focusing on substance abuse therapy.
- Knowledge of solution-based interventions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
