We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in counseling or related field, be licensed in the, and have experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and group therapy sessions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs
- Collaborate with clients to establish treatment goals and objectives
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities
- Monitor and document clients' progress towards treatment goals
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and community resources as needed
- Provide education and support to clients' families, promoting understanding and active participation in the recovery processes.
- Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and determine their treatment needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to address clients' unique challenges and goals.
- Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage amp; Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state
- Demonstrated experience providing counseling services to individuals, couples, and families.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to cultural competence and providing inclusive and affirming care.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

- Weekly direct deposit.
- Competitive salary ranging from $115k-$130k annually based on hours worked.
