Position: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Location: Hybrid (Remote and In-person)
Type: Full-time/Part-time
Salary Description: $115k to $130k yearly
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual and in-person comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams both virtually and in-person to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment strategies.
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources within the community, leveraging both virtual and in-person platforms.
Requirements
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington.
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Previous experience working in a clinical setting with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms and technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in both remote and in-person work environments
