Job Description

We are adding an HR Assistant to our Springfield Phoenix family! Do you have a passion for making a difference in someone’s life? Job Duties

  • Daily filing, data entry, general office duties amp; admin duties.
  • Verifying paperwork amp; processing new hire files.
  • Support the Human Resources team as needed.
  • Instructing Orientation classes for all Phoenix family members new to the job.
  • Act as the primary contact for Phoenix Employees in Human Resources.

Requirements

  • Level of Excellence in Customer Service.
  • Experience in Home Care/Home Health Care/Hospice preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of Office Experience is required; HR experience a definite plus.
  • Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Office amp; Windows Operating System).
  • Patient amp; Attentive Listener with a Positive amp; Outgoing Attitude.
  • Initiative-driven individual who looks for opportunities to make daily office tasks enjoyable.
  • Genuine Care for People: This position is responsible for many first impressions; we only get one first impression!
  • Interacting with office and field staff.
  • Professional appearance is non-negotiable.
