  • Drive the monthly and quarterly financials and metrics presentations to company business leaders, and understand drivers of variances compared to target
  • Execute and innovate the process of consolidating data and preparing the presentation materials for forecasts and the annual budget
  • Work closely with the Finance leadership team to build the financial infrastructure to support the company’s current and future business requirements
  • Identify, create, and drive process optimizations by developing dynamic and automated reports, dashboards, and financial models to scale across the business
  • Prepare and present executive-level presentations related to company performance and analyses around major financial drivers
  • Lead and develop a currently small, but potentially growing team of strong finance analysts
  • Deliver timely and insightful financial performance and metrics analysis on an ongoing basis
  • Act as Finance team stakeholder in various operational improvement projects
  • Collaborate closely with the business stakeholders to lead or provide support in reporting and ad-hoc analyses or data requests, particularly in projects involving variance analysis/reporting and key metric reporting
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of relevant financial analysis experience with demonstrated success in the key responsibilities for this role
  • BA/BS degree in Finance and/or Accounting, MBA preferred
  • Strong background with quantitative data analysis, building financial models, and using data to drive decision-making and advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to articulate and interact with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to lead projects and drive progress forward in ambiguous environments
  • Exceptional attention to detail and passion for accurate, high-quality work
  • A high sense of urgency, ability to multi-task and work under pressured timelines
  • Experience in developing and leading successful teams
  • Understanding of basic GAAP accounting concepts and the ability to apply them in practice
Additional Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (SugarCRM preferred), Adaptive Insights, and NetSuite
  • Experience working in a SaaS business
  • Strong accounting knowledge
