Role Responsibilities:
- This role will start with the execution and completion of WeSolv’s Brand Guidelines and deck template, with the opportunity to increase hours to expand to developing other sales collateral.
- Conceptualize and execute visually compelling and brand-aligned designs that resonate with WeSolv’s target audiences and support sales and marketing goals.
- Select and source high-quality images, illustrations, and icons to enhance the visual impact of collateral.
- Ability to create unique assets and incorporate them into reusable templates (e.g. Adobe-designed icons input into a Canva sales deck template).
- Design collateral for both MBA/graduate-level candidates and higher-education personnel as well as corporate enterprise customers.
- Develop infographics, charts, and data visualizations to effectively communicate complex information.
- Adapt and tailor designs for different formats and distribution channels (print, digital, web).
- Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Design and develop a range of marketing, sales, and brand collateral based on Marketing and Business Development team requirements. This could include sales presentations, one-pagers, conference flyers, and downloadables among other materials.

- Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to design materials that align with brand guidelines.
- Experience designing collateral for brands with distinct voices, preferably in tech or education sectors.
- Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and ability to design inclusive materials.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and data visualization tools for infographic creation.
- Knowledge of marketing and sales best practices and ability to translate marketing and sales objectives into impactful visuals.
- Ability to write concise and persuasive copy for sales collateral materials.
- Strong portfolio that showcases diverse brand work and graphic design samples.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Previous experience designing marketing and sales collateral for B2B enterprise stakeholders.
