TechFlow, Inc. is seeking a talented UX designer to join our team and assist our customer in enhancing the public’s experience with their products and services. In this role, you will work closely with other CX/UX experts, including researchers, designers, and content writers, to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with UX best practices. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about user-centered design and are eager to contribute to a variety of projects.
Responsibilities
- Applies the User Experience methodology to process and software design to eliminate drag.
- Analyzes the information present, understands the rationale behind the requirements and proposes interface designs based on user needs.
- Research, conceptualize, design and make applications more usable and user friendly.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform the design process.
- Implement usability best practices and ensure accessibility compliance in all design deliverables.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field + 5 years of experience.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Knowledge of usability best practices and accessibility standards.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
