Job Setting:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns and develop treatment plans.
- Provide individual therapy to clients using evidence-based modalities tailored to their unique needs.
- Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor progress throughout treatment.
- Offer teletherapy options to clients who prefer virtual sessions or face accessibility challenges.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation to meet ethical and regulatory standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills and stay up-to-date with emerging practices.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field
- Must hold a valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Experience practicing independently without supervision
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature
- Strong computer literacy skills
