Job Description

The Bradley Center is a regional behavioral healthcare organization that provides a continuum of programs including residential treatment facility, outpatient clinic and a private academic school. Individuals and families come to the Bradley Center where they get the help they need to overcome trauma and rediscover hope. We are seeking a Financial Controller who can project a professional and positive image as a representative of The Bradley Center. The ideal candidate will possess thorough knowledge of accounting practices along with the ability to communicate and uphold The Bradley Center’s mission and vision to our employees.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Oversees the completion of internal control audits
  • Oversees payroll
  • Monitors and controls cash flow
  • Develops and maintains company’s financial policies and procedures
  • Creates and completes financial reporting systems
  • Oversees and supports the Billing/Payroll Specialist and the Accounts payable / Financial support
  • Budget Forecasting

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA, MHA, or CPA required
  • Minimum2 years experience required
  • Experience in a healthcare field preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
