Focused on a simple, convenient drive-thru only model, Salad and Go operates in more than 130 locations across Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma and Nevada and is expanding rapidly into new states. We're looking to grow our Guest Services Team. Join Salad and Go as a Guest Services Coordinator to become an expert in providing an outstanding experience to Salad and Go’s thousands of guests. You'll be part of an exciting team designed to take our support to the next level.

As the Guest Service Coordinator, you will:

  • Handle all inbound guest inquiries and provide efficient and effective resolutions via Phone, Email, and/or social media.
  • Develop an extensive expertise in how Salad and Go uses its processes and system to promote positive outcomes for the guests.
  • Operate with a willingness to grow with a diverse team that has passion for what we do amp; the impact we are making toward this industry.
  • Assist guests with a variety of transactions through a seamless and friendly experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment.
  • Inspire trust, teamwork and positive team relationships with other departments.
  • Defuse guest concerns and provide solutions in a calm, timely and effective manner while meeting daily team benchmarks.
  • Ensure the security and privacy of guest information through education, compliance, and resolution of issues.
  • The hours and schedule for this position will vary by week and include weekend hours depending on business needs.

  • You have 2+ years’ experience handling guest issue resolution
  • You have strong written amp; verbal communication skills including top-notch grammar, spelling amp; punctuation within a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

  • You are a strategic thinker that loves to explore new opportunities amp; process improvements.
  • You are organized and have a good working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft, Word, and social media
  • You can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
