Your daily tasks will involve immersing yourself in our industry sectors, engaging with potential candidates and prospective hiring managers, and staying abreast of industry trends. In this sales-driven role, you will proactively manage your day, making outbound calls to our industry sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a robust network of clients and candidates in the technical recruiting field, with a preference for those with construction or related industry experience.
- Proficiently research potential candidates and hiring managers using professional networking sites, databases, and online tools.
- Conduct thorough interviews and reference checks for all candidates.
- Effectively promote and market our recruiting services to potential clients.
- Negotiate, problem-solve, and close deals to achieve desired results.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year base plus commission
