About Kuecker Pulse Integration (KPI)

Created in July 2021 as a result of combination of Kuecker Logistics Group, PULSE Integration and QC Software by private equity firm Ares Management, Kuecker Pulse Integration (KPI) is a systems integrator that seeks out leading technologies within the areas of material handling equipment and information systems and combines

them with proven design and operational strategies to help improve our customers’ operations. Our talented group of industry experts combine the powers of scalable material handling systems, innovative software and custom automation engineering for complete, unique solutions that help companies, across a broad spectrum of industry segments, become leaders in their industries. We are equipment agnostic, and our solutions incorporate leading technologies such as mobile robots, automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS), automated guided vehicles (AGV), goods-to-person technology, sortation, and conveyor. KPI currently has approximately 350 FTEs and $250m revenue with growth expected to double in size (at a minimum) through organic and acquisitive activities.

Reporting to the Chief People amp; Culture Officer, the Senior Human Resources Manager originates and leads HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented and high-performance culture supporting the organization's business goals. The Senior Manager directs administration of hiring, on-boarding, performance management, development, termination, personnel records, legal compliance, compensation, benefits, recognition, ADA, and unemployment. The incumbent works in tandem with leaders/managers to engender culture of excellence and high performance in the workforce.

    • Partner with leadership to implement HR best practices and provide proactive support of HR programs and approaches.
    • Manage ongoing HR processes and programs (onboarding, performance management, development planning, salary amp; payroll administration, exit interviews, personnel files, etc.)
    • Manage the company’s health benefits and welfare programs and compliance needs including FMLA, ADA, ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, and FSA administration.
    • Participates in the recruiting and selection processes to help ensure quality of hiring and organizational fit.
    • Provide guidance to employees and management on employee relations issues (i.e., performance, compliance with labor laws, etc.) and change management.
    • Ensures all employment practices comply with federal, state and local regulations and act as liaison between agencies and legal counsel, maintains records; represents the organization at hearings.
    • Assist with planning and communication of employee and career development process.
    • Stay current on employment laws and educating leadership on implications for company practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related area, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of increasingly responsible human resources experience.
  • SHRM Certified Professional or HR Certification Institution Professional Credential, preferred.
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills displaying positive leadership characteristics.
  • Ability to travel 25%

  • Demonstrated presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills a plus.
