Job Description

Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a Hybrid Employment Law Partner to join a growing firm. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Employment Law attorney to work remotely, while also maintaining a partnership role within our expanding firm. Highly qualified candidates should be located in or around New York, NY, Woodbridge, NJ or Philadelphia, PA.

Our firm specializes in offering comprehensive legal services to clients in various industries, with a focus on labor and employment matters. The Hybrid Employment Law Partner will be responsible for handling a caseload, providing legal advice and guidance to clients, as well as overseeing the work of associates and support staff.

Salary: $189,000 - $300,000 (DOE)

Bonus potential: 25%

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of employment law matters, including discrimination claims, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination cases, and employment contract issues.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on employment law matters, including compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Prepare legal documents, including contracts, settlement agreements, and employee handbooks.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and courtroom proceedings.
  • Supervise and mentor associates and support staff.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and develop new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing Employment Law.
  • Active membership in the state bar in good standing.
  • Demonstrated expertise in employment law matters, including litigation, counseling, and compliance.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
  • Experience in supervising and mentoring junior attorneys and support staff.
  • Proven track record in developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Remote work experience is preferred.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
