We are currently partnering with a well-established law firm in Santa Monica in their search for a talented and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney.

Job Description

• Handle personal injury cases from inception to trial
• Conduct all aspects of litigation including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and hearings
• Assist more senior attorneys with complex trial preparation and support
• Work closely with clients to provide guidance and support throughout the legal process

Requirements

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the California State Bar
• Minimum of years of experience in personal injury litigation
• Demonstrated knowledge of civil procedure and personal injury laws
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle a high volume of cases and meet deadlines
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
