Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Consultant to join our Technology Solutions and Innovations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft's AI Tools, including Copilot Studio, Copilot for Microsoft 365, and Azure AI. This role involves working collaboratively with our team to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business value and enhance the creation and management of complex Feature Requirement Documentation. The AI Consultant will provide technical expertise, monitor AI solution performance, communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensure alignment with company policies, and facilitate the adoption of AI tools across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions leveraging Microsoft's Copilot Studio, Copilot for Microsoft 365, and Azure AI to enhance business processes and documentation efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance on AI best practices, ensuring the effective use of Microsoft's AI Tools in line with the latest industry standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed AI solutions, making adjustments as necessary to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.
- Communicate complex AI technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Integrate Copilot capabilities seamlessly with our existing document repository on our SharePoint site, enhancing document creation and management workflows.
- Ensure that all AI-driven suggestions and outputs from Copilot are in strict alignment with our company's policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Train and support staff members in the effective use of Copilot and other Microsoft AI Tools, promoting widespread adoption and proficiency within the team.
- Collaborate closely with IT, legal, and compliance teams to address any ethical, privacy, or security concerns associated with the use of AI technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Advanced degrees or certifications in AI, machine learning, or data science are a plus.
- Strong, demonstrable experience with Microsoft's suite of AI and automation tools, including in-depth knowledge of Copilot Studio, Copilot for Microsoft 365, and Azure AI.
- A proven track record in the development and implementation of effective AI solutions, with specific experience in improving document creation processes and business workflows.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to tackle complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Independent worker with a high degree of initiative, as well as a team player with the ability to engage in productive collaboration.
