Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Account Representative to join our team, focusing on accounts in the Midland amp; Odessa region. This role is pivotal in driving new customer adoption to the Breaker19.app platform. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients in the oilfield industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive new customer acquisition within the Midland amp; Odessa region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, shops, and yards in the designated area.
  • Actively prospect and qualify leads to expand our client base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements.

Requirements

    • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the logistics or oil and gas industry, but not required.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our services.
    • Strong networking abilities and a customer-centric approach to relationship building.
    • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
    • Familiarity with the Midland amp; Odessa region and its oilfield industry is highly advantageous.
