We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager at KCG Companies, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential properties, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing property occupancy and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the leasing process, including marketing, showing units, and screening applicants
- Conduct thorough move-in and move-out inspections and inspections of vacant units
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and quality completion
- Enforce property rules and regulations, address resident concerns, and maintain positive resident relations
- Monitor property performance and financials, preparing and analyzing reports
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Property Manager
- Minimum of 3 years experience with Low income housing tax credit (LIHTC)
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to problem solve and handle challenging situations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
