Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager experienced in working with billing migrations, analysis, and project management delivery. This role is responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of initiatives in a complex, enterprise organization. This is a remote role.
Duties amp; Responsibilities
· Assess billing migrations current and future state to developan understanding, create initialplanning and develop timelines.
· Drive teams to document and align on standards and requirements for how billing accounts are developed.
· Deliver documentation and billing codes effectively as needed.
· Utilize data normalization requiring strong data and analytical skills.
· Program manage the conversion of all billing records from one system to another single billing system vendor.
· Program manage the integration into current platforms, Salesforce, and provisioning platforms, etc.
· Develop and maintain critical program management deliverables including, but not limited to: Kickoff Deck/Charter documents, project plans with critical path identified, standard executive status reporting, change control processes, RAID log and centralized document management for the program.
· Ability to work collaboratively across teams in multiple departments Stakeholders plus external platform vendors.
· Consistently use a high level of experience to manage multiple project and program initiatives simultaneously and collaboratively among different teams.
· Organize and lead project status meetings regarding updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
· Prepare and distribute progress reports, manage, and mitigate risks and issues, correct deviations and perform delivery planning for assigned projects.
Requirements
Desired Skills amp; Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience required.
- Previous experience as a Business or Systems Analyst is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in a billing environment with mapping, codes and systems.
- Experience with systems migrations, ideally related to billing systems.
· Knowledgeable and understanding of full project life cycle development models.
- Proven track record to successfully implement products and/or data migrations using Agile methodologies. Including
- Ability to project manage large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment.
- Create, standardize, and maintain all related documentation in a detailed, insightful format.
Education amp; Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, Computer Science or another quantitative field is required.
- PMP certification preferred.
Compensation
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is aconsulting engagement, with an hourly range of $70 - $85. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
