About the role

We're looking to add an Account Executive to our focus on our Service of Process product. In this role, you would be responsible for growing and owning a pipeline of opportunities and for the successful onboarding and initial growth of deals that you close. You would seek out new customers and communicate how our Service of Process products can help them improve internal efficiency, close the deal, and set them up for ongoing success. This is an exciting opportunity to make a large impact on a quickly growing team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage sales opportunities across your territory from initial interest to technology usage
  • Develop in-depth knowledge about our target market of law firms and legal professionals and learn about the challenges they face that our software can solve
  • Engage with qualified opportunities from Sales Development and source new leads through research and outreach
  • Utilize consultative sales techniques to address process inefficiencies and offer impactful solutions
  • Take charge of onboarding new sales, ensuring smooth setup, training, and initial orders
  • Meet targets and key metrics to fulfill quota expectations as well as contribute to overall team and company success
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Agency Success to create effective onboarding plans
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales strategies

Requirements

  • 2+ years as a B2B Account Executive within a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience prospecting and hunting for new business
  • A consistent record of over-achievement versus targets and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Expert with a consultative sales approach and ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with your clients
  • Skilled communicator and presenter that enjoys demos
  • Familiarity with the main tools and tactics of selling. You've used a CRM to track and manage your work (ideally Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of the legal process, especially as it relates to civil lawsuits, and especially service of process is preferred

Compensation

The anticipated starting base pay range for this role is listed below. Base salary is not the only component of our competitive total rewards package - you may also be eligible for bonus, commissions, equity, and other benefits as described below. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications.

$75k base + commissions
