Color Health is looking for a Marketing Program Manager to help drive growth across our portfolio of solutions and among our enterprise customers. Our ideal candidate has a background working on multi-channel campaigns with an acute focus on and proven track record of driving demand, generating qualified leads, and nurturing relationships with key accounts and strategic partners through both digital and physical interactions. This role involves a close collaboration with growth marketing, field marketing, and the sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives to deepen engagement with specific, high-value targets. The Marketing Program Manager has the experience and expertise to plan, execute, and measure campaign success and communicate key learnings to peers, stakeholders, and senior leaders.

  • Partner closely with marketing organizations and cross-functional partners to plan, execute and launch marketing campaigns and bring value to our strategic conferences, regional events, membership organizations, and industry partners.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand program needs; plan and implement cross-channel digital and physical marketing strategies
  • Continually test and learn from lead generation efforts to optimize marketing programs with data-driven decisions
  • Communicate program recommendations and results to key stakeholders, including executive leadership
  • Keep up-to-date on the latest trends in demand generation and account-based marketing, learn on the job, and apply learnings to future ‘art of the possible’ program ideas

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or related-field
  • 6-8 years experience working in B2B marketing
  • Experience planning and launching successful enterprise B2B marketing programs, including one-to-one, one-to-few, and and one-to-many campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong planning and project management skills
  • The ability to be data-driven and assess the impact of all marketing activities
  • The ability to follow-through with attention to detail
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with the ability to pivot and problem solve
  • Proven ability to build relationships with several cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success
  • Familiarity with the sales cycle and how to build programs to acquire, nurture, and accelerate growth

Nice to Have:
  • Proficiency in creating landing pages, executing email campaigns, and utilizing Marketo
  • Experience working at a healthcare, health tech, or health-adjacent organization

Base Salary Range: $101,000 - $142,000 a year
The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: work experience, market data, skills, geographic location, and business need. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
