At SALT Dental Partners, we believe in preserving the legacy of our partner dentists who have worked tirelessly to build their Orthodontic and Pediatric dental practices within their communities throughout the US. - You’ve carried a decent size req load but quietly say to yourself, I could carry more.
- Have a genuine desire to really be a partner with your hiring manager and yes, trying to win over the difficult ones as well.
- Do you take extreme ownership of your work to the point where it’s almost addicting?
- You have a reputation of moving fast, being organized and having a some fun while doing it.
- You don’t just post and pray but you enjoy finding candidates for some of those hard to fill reqs and being scrapy.
- If you use control C and control V a lot.
- Have you used ATS’s before and have thought, I can build a better one using Excel (don’t worry we have an ATS)
- Sure we have resources but more importantly, are you resourceful?
- Have a healthy dose of paranoia - did I forget something in the offer letter, after re-reading it 13 times.
- Do you have the curiosity gene - like opening up nested boxes going deeper and deeper?
- Oh if you have dental experience, you get extra credit!
- Are you seasoned just enough that you’re ready for the next step in your career you just need to add SALT

We’ll teach you some of the stuff that’s missing with your prior TA experience but we really need is someone who’s tenacious (but kind), really great with people, a willingness to jump in and to help create an amazing candidate experience.
