The Role:
The ERP Integrations Specialist will be a key member of the Congo Brands Team. This role will be a critical part of the continued implementation of NetSuite ERP functions and will own the seamless integration of various systems to support the company's operations and drive efficiency. The role entrusted to provide strategic and tactical enhancements / solutions that will allow the company to further its vision and success utilizing NetSuite tools and capabilities; is required to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the integration process, build process flow diagrams, and provide technical support for the NetSuite Systems.
This role will report to the Global Director, NetSuite ERP
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and implementing EDI solutions that meet the organization's specific needs.
- Evaluate existing systems and identify specific areas for improvement regarding automation, data accuracy, and efficiency.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that NetSuite system integrations meet the needs of the business.
- Provide integration environment technical knowledge and experience during the planning, execution, and management of integrating new and/or updates to existing integrations.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable NetSuite integrations through multiple phases considering data migration, system interfaces, and process workflows.
- Develop testing strategies and oversee rigorous testing processes to ensure the quality and reliability of integrations.
- Collaborate with senior management to define IT strategies and roadmaps aligned with the company's goals.
- Implement audit, logging, optimizing, security, and monitoring solutions of integration systems.
- Collaborate with fellow NetSuite team members to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data transferred between systems.
- Document and maintain integration processes and procedures.
- Develop and implement training programs for users of integrated systems.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for integrated systems.
- Build relationships with vendors of application software deployed in the organization to both learn about and provide feedback on their technical integration capabilities.
- Perform related management duties as assigned by the Director.
Key Skills and Experience Preferred:
- 4+ years of experience in managing NetSuite system integrations, preferably in the beverage, manufacturing, or CPG industry.
- 4+ years of experience working with and implementing EDI data integrations.
- Strong background in EDI standards, such as ANSI x12, EDIFACT, and XML
- Able to use programming languages and tools such as SQL, Java, C#, and BizTalk preferred.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP, including its architecture, functionality, and integration points
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead and manage integrations across different internal teams and external partners.
- Hands-on experience with middleware like (Celigo, Boomi, etc) and EDI software providers
- Experience with e-commerce Platforms (Shopify, Suite-commerce)
- Experience with API integration technologies (SOAP, REST)
