What Will You Be Involved In?
· Engage with Client, Customers and Installers to comprehend challenges and requirements.
· Conduct research to identify opportunities for improvement through automation.
· Collaborate with our tech team to develop solutions that streamline processes and elevate customer service.
· Provide leadership and oversight to a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs).
· Prepare and deliver high-level executive reports on team performance, project outcomes, and automation impact.
Requirements

· Do you possess a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute?
· Are you authorized to work in the United States?
· Are you proficient in professional online communication?
· Have you utilized tools like Jira, voice dictation, PHP, or Visio? (While not mandatory, it's a definite plus.)

· Do you have experience in leading and managing a team of CSR's?
· Can you prepare and present high-level executive reports effectively?
