What You’ll Do

As a Social Media Specialist you willbecome the voice that resonates with our client's brands! Dive into the world of community management and play a pivotal role in fostering and expanding online communities. Engage directly with our clients' consumers, managing a steady flow of interactions, from addressing concerns to celebrating brand love.

But that's just the start - you'll proactively seek out opportunities to boost the brand's presence, engaging with trend-relevant content to amplify their reputation. You'll also delve into the analytics, crafting insightful social media reports to drive success.

Here's a taste of your day-to-day:

  • Manage the social media presence of multiple brands, creating meaningful engagements with their audience.
  • Seamlessly switch gears between various brand voices, capturing their unique essence.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with the latest social media developments and trends.
  • Refine engagement tactics based on platform changes and client feedback.
  • Deliver timely and insightful social media performance reports, driving future strategies with solid KPIs.
  • Share valuable insights and cultural trends from the digital realm with clients and strategists.
  • Carry out both proactive and reactive engagement strategies, always aligned with each brand's tone and guidelines.
  • Recognize opportunities for brands to connect with the community.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in community management on behalf of a brand, ideally on behalf of numerous brands
  • Experience using social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and their audiences and staying on top of the latest trends and changes..
  • Experience publishing social content, contributing to reports, and executing a brand’s social media strategy.
  • Previous agency or big brand experience is desirable

IT Policy

We operate a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) Policy which means to carry out this work, your PC will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Operating system Windows 10 64bits or higher / MAC OS X version 12 (Monterey) or higher. We do not support Windows 8 or older / MacOS Big Sur or older.
    i5 8th generation or faster 64-bit (x64) processor
  • At least 8GB RAM (16GB recommended)
  • Internet speed is 20Mbps download / 1Mbps upload (50Mbps download / 5Mbps upload is recommended)
    40 GB available HDD (SSD recommended)
  • A Webcam and headset
  • Android or iOS device for 2FA
  • Chromebook, Linux and Cloud VMs are not supported. If you wanna run a local VM (virtual machine), you need to send us your computer specs and explain how you intend to do this.

Please Note: It is essential to have all IT requirements to qualify for the process and IT policy.
