Job Description
Champions Run RV Resort is a brand-new RV resort with top-of-the-line amenities located in Ocala, FL, and we are looking for friendly and team-oriented FT, year-round Front Office Supervisor to join our team! As a proud provider of outdoor recreational activities and camping opportunities, we strive to ensure that our guests have the best possible experience. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in achieving this goal. You will be responsible for working with the General Manager to efficiently operate the front office tasks and procedures, training and supporting front office team members, providing excellent customer service to guests during check-in and check-out, answering phone calls, managing reservations, and assisting with special event coordination. General computer skills, understanding Microsoft software and making reservations experience preferred. Must be able to work weekends. Requirements
