Join Clarkston Consulting as a Human Resources (HR) Intern to be a part of our team of experienced professionals that builds the employee experience in an organization that is defined by our people.
The Human Resources Intern will be exposed to many functions of human resources and will be involved in projects as well as daily activities to support the HR team at Clarkston. The primary duties of this role will be to support onboarding of new hires, processing terminations, assisting with benefits administration, recognition program administration, maintenance of internal HR systems and databases, and maintaining confidential employee personnel records. This position is responsible for interacting with and supporting firm management and Clarkston stewards across these areas.

This position will be hybrid with opportunities to work on-site as well as remotely. The HR Intern must have transportation to our corporate office in Durham, NC.
Our office hours are 8:30 am-5:30 pm Monday - Friday. We are seeking an intern to work 10-20 hours per week during standard office hours during the school year and full-time during the summer. We are flexible in creating a standard work week to fit a student’s class schedule.
