Job Description

The Mission of the Acquisition manager is to bring Feeld to an ever-growing potential audience.

As the Acquisition Manager, you will maximizing the value and ROI of existing acquisition channels, balancing optimization with overall creative and campaign strategy. Simultaneously, you will test and explore new potential channels for acquisition to continuously push our program to new heights.

This role will report directly to the Director of Growth and ensure all experiments and public-facing creative are aligned to Feeld’s long-term vision.

What you will do:
  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns, including display/programmatic, search, paid app campaigns, and landing page optimization.
  • Ownership of all pay-to-acquire channels such as affiliates, and ongoing expansion amp; optimization of affiliate partners and networks.
  • Generating new ideas and channels for acquisition and running timeboxed tests on them. Some examples of these channels are mailers, television, billboards (OOH), online newsletters, radio, and more!
  • Working with internal business functions to find collaborative acquisition opportunities through both existing channels amp; networks (e.g. social) and partnerships.
  • Leverage existing products (in-app, website) to find new ways to generate top of funnel demand, such as creating stand-alone websites for lead capture, referral programs, and more.
  • Define experiment setup (targeting, timing, channel strategy, duration, primary metrics)
  • Measure and report on the impact of projects and collaborate to scale efficient levers
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing and creative team to align messaging and visuals to our larger campaign themes
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV) to assess campaign effectiveness and overall business impact.
  • Analyze and interpret campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimization
  • Oversee relationships with external partners and agencies, as well as collaborate cross-functionally, to successfully execute campaigns. This includes budget allocation, creative amp; copy development, conversion tag and product feed management, and A/B testing.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies to proactively apply new knowledge.

Requirements

About you:
  • 5+ years of experience across acquisition
  • Direct experience handling paid search channels and optimizing them (AdWords, ASA, etc.)
  • Analytical rigor
  • Left-brained and right-brained simultaneously - able to balance both creativity and data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience across a wide array of digital marketing channels (SEO, CRO, Paid, social, etc.). Running App install campaigns, paid search, and affiliate are a plus.
  • Strong Data-led decision making and analytical skills, ideally with experience using cutting edge data tools (Holistics, Amplitude, Google Analytics)
  • Creative and empathetic thinker; you always think customer first
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities
  • Ability to work collaboratively and gather resources in unclear environments
Bonus points:
  • Experimentation experience, with a proven track record of designing and executing a testing roadmap
  • Have worked on a Growth or product team in the past
