Copywriter
As the lead Copywriter at EDH, you’ll use creativity, clarity, and empathy to drive members to use their benefit, HR leaders to choose EDH, benefits brokers to champion our programs to their clients, and more. Your key responsibilities will be writing compelling, impactful copy for a range of formats, including email, print and digital ads, web pages, video scripts, and conference booths. You’ll have the opportunity to play a key role in how we position ourselves to the market and make a real impact on our members’ lives.
Responsibilities
- Write engaging copy for a wide variety of channels, including web pages, digital and print ads, landing pages, event booths, and email, for both B2B and B2C audiences
- Partner closely with designers to align copy with visual design and create a cohesive, engaging experience
- Design creative A/B testing and partner with marketing ops, member engagement, and demand generation teams to understand and apply results
- Own newsletter writing and distribution for internal and external audiences
- Own written Brand Guidelines and provide copyediting support for marketing assets
- Support member testimonial program, including interviewing members and building library of stories and quotes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years experience in copywriting, with a focus on email, social media, and/or webpage writing
- Experience collaborating with growth marketing teams to deliver results
- Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar
- Proven ability to demonstrate brand voice
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent portfolio of work
- Healthcare experience preferred
