Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Needed

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns and develop treatment plans.
- Provide individual therapy to clients using evidence-based modalities tailored to their unique needs.
- Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor progress throughout treatment.
- Offer teletherapy options to clients who prefer virtual sessions or face accessibility challenges.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation to meet ethical and regulatory standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills and stay up-to-date with emerging practices.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a valid state license and no disciplinary actions.
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical social work practice, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in computer usage and willingness to adapt to remote technology platforms.
