About the Role:
As an Atlassian Data Center Administrator, you will be at the forefront of optimizing our collaboration and productivity tools, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other related applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our Atlassian Data Center environments, empowering our teams to collaborate effectively and achieve their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and administer Atlassian Data Center products, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Perform upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal user disruption, maintaining high availability and reliability.
- Monitor and optimize the health, performance, and security of Atlassian Data Center applications, proactively addressing any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Atlassian Data Center applications with other systems and tools, enhancing business workflows and processes.
- Develop comprehensive documentation and best practices for Atlassian Data Center administration and usage.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining Atlassian Data Center instances, with a strong understanding of architecture and performance tuning techniques.
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, Python) and database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues in Atlassian Data Center environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.

- Understanding of the system development lifecycle as implemented with Agile; SAFe knowledge a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to navigate in an office setting unassisted
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
- Strong speaking skills, including the ability to articulate thoughts in a clear manner and excellent word enunciation skills are required
