Quantive is seeking an incredible Marketing Operations Manager with 4-6years of relevant experience to join the team.

The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager with a knack for leveraging marketing automation and CRM tools to drive B2B strategies and enhance operational excellence. This role demands a blend of analytics, creativity, and strategic thinking, focusing on optimizing the buyer's journey and improving conversion rates through HubSpot, Salesforce, and other platforms.

The Details

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will:

  • Utilize HubSpot and Salesforce to enhance marketing efficiency, analyze campaign performance, and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
  • Hands-on experience in email marketing, including strategy development and execution.
  • Develop and manage lead nurturing campaigns, maintaining high data quality and compliance with data protection laws (ie: GDPR, CASL, CCPA).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing objectives and seamless lead transitions.
  • Analyze marketing data to optimize strategies and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Serve as a super admin for HubSpot, establishing governance processes to maximize tool utilization.

  • 4-6 years of marketing operations experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools, experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, analytical abilities, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities.
  • A solid understanding of inbound marketing and demand generation tactics
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Experience creating and optimizing lead funnels
  • Experience with email marketing
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Self-starter and ability to build programs from scratch
  • Must have a positive attitude and willingness to roll up their sleeves and get things done
