Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the modules and fixtures team to ensure seamless integration of graphic elements.
- Maintain visual consistency across all print materials within the Retail Lab, infusing them with your discerning graphic design sensibilities.
- Elevate the quality of print design within the Retail Lab, ensuring every pixel and vector reflects creative excellence.
- Assist in developing print-ready files for Retail Lab projects with precision, liaising with vendors and overseeing the printing process.
- Apply your graphic design skills to create visually appealing and on-brand materials specifically tailored for the Retail Lab environment, leveraging your understanding of the cosmetics and beauty industry. Stay abreast of current beauty trends and makeup styles to ensure designs resonate with our audience.
- Collaborate closely with the Retail Lab team, visual merchandising team, and cross-functional departments, providing a graphic designer's perspective on ideas, concepts, and design elements to establish a cohesive visual identity within the Retail Lab.
- Maintain organized calendars and timelines specific to Retail Lab projects to ensure timely delivery of graphically enriched print materials.
- Organize print design files for Retail Lab projects meticulously for easy retrieval, reference, and sharing.
- Demonstrate graphic design versatility to support various aspects of ongoing Retail Lab operations.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in a mid-level graphic design role, preferably with exposure to the cosmetics or beauty industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong time management and organizational skills with a graphic design mindset
