What you’ll do:
- The hours will be 11AM - 7PM EST, Monday through Friday.
- Respond to customer phone calls, emails, and live chats related to Starry Internet’s plans, pricing, and retention offers related to the wind-down of the Affordable Connectivity Program
- Support customers with account-related questions
- Retain customers requesting to cancel due
- Escalate technical and non-technical issues through appropriate channels
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
- Bilingual (English and Spanish), fluent in both languages
- This role is a temporary, seasonal position with full time or part time hours available. This temporary employment will begin on or around March 15, 2024 and end on or before June 13, 2024.

Pay: $20.00 hourly. Final hourly pay rate will be based on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and training.
