Job Description
The Test Operator is responsible for providing testing support to the manufacturing operations and communicating resuts to our internal customers.

Requirements
What you’ll do:
- Set-up and configure equipment.
- Operate Functional Tester or operate HP ATE Tester.
- Data collection/filing and interpreting test results.
- Communicate with internal customers.
- Keep area neat, organized and FOD free.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need:
- Displays critical thinking and analysis.
- Intermediate mathematical skills.
- Self-motivation, problem solving, team spirit and a hands on mentality.
- Ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing accuracy or quality.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and thoroughness with the ability to multi-task and learn quickly.
- Excellent internal and external interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proficiency in computer systems including Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc), Office, and Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions.
- Basic familiarity with computer including DOS/Windows 95, Menu bar, Dialogue Area.
- Ability to use DVM for resistance, voltage and current readings.
Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma, GED or the equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Tester Level I Certificate
- Previous Test Operator experience
