Digital Graphic Designer
Position Reports to: VP of Partner Services

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 annually

Job Objective:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Graphic Designer to work collaboratively with a highly talented digital team to create a best-in-class digital experience. You thrive in an agile environment and have a passion for delivering compelling, aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy creative. Your creative will take the form of website designs, digital marketing campaigns, social media graphics and banners, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns, email templates, product graphics.
What You'll Do:
- Ad designs in multiple formats for search (Google and Bing) and social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest) including HTML5 ads, gifs, short form video editing, static and rich banner ads,
- Craft branded designs for email campaigns, email templates, and product graphics.
- Create on-trend website designs in both desktop and mobile views with attention to functionality details.
- Work with developers to ensure proper implementation within a web environment and ensure consistency and integrity of the creative vision.
- Create and translate wireframes into simple, easy-to-use User Interfaces.
- Collaborate with internal strategists and other teams, both internal and external, to deliver projects with a consistent brand look and feel.
- Understand the requirements in creative briefs, ask questions, and identify gaps so you can design exceptional visual assets from the start.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- 2-4 years experience in successful professional design experience, preferably at a digital agency or in-house Web team.
- Strong portfolio of design work, showing solutions to business problems through effective design, including website and digital ad designs.
- Experience in web marketing/web design with a knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, video editing software, FTP, web design, and development principles.
- Expert skills in Adobe Illustrator amp; Photoshop, Figma or comparable web design platforms.
- Proficient in Adobe Premier and After Effects.
- Solid understanding of web and mobile standards, including responsive design, accessibility, and usability.
- Strong time management: ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.

Physical Demands:
- Ability to bill 7.5 hours per day which includes both client and internal operations time.
