We’re passionate about helping American homeowners access the equity they’ve built up in their homes by giving them back liquidity, flexibility, and control.

Position Description

EasyKnock, the nation's pioneering home equity solutions platform, is seeking a Product Director to join our dynamic and rapidly growing product team. Our programs empower homeowners with innovative financial solutions by leveraging the equity in their homes. As a Product Director at EasyKnock, you'll play a vital role in leading the development and expansion of our data-driven Equity Unlock products and services.

In this pivotal role, you'll lead the growth of our portfolio of complex, cutting-edge equity unlock products. Your efforts will power multiple customer and business-facing processes, expanding our comprehensive customer view and providing valuable insights that drive strategic decisions across the company.

As part of our close-knit team, you'll have the opportunity to tackle unexplored problem spaces, brainstorm innovative solutions, collaborate with various internal stakeholders, and work with external partners to enhance our integrations, decision engines, and customer insight infrastructure. This is the place for you if you thrive in creating from scratch and painting a compelling vision for real estate equity products.

Roles amp; Responsibilities

  • Manage the product roadmap for the portfolio of Equity Unlock offerings, aiming to boost transparency and efficiencies across the business
  • Prioritize next-generation products based on internal stakeholder feedback, customer input, and industry trends
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with software engineering, UX, Underwriting/Risk Marketing and other internal stakeholders to launch tests, optimize offerings and improve the customer onboarding experience

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of Product Management experience
  • Proven ability to act decisively and execute efficiently across a portfolio
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills, with the ability to articulate complex problems to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, negotiate timelines, and navigate complex situations
  • A track record of successfully managing a portfolio of products, launching new features and capabilities, preferably from inception with limited resources with a focus on Customer Outcomes
  • Experience or certifications in the real estate or financial services industry preferred
  • Startup experience is preferred, given the high degree of ambiguity and responsibility inherent in the role

Benefits

  • Remote-friendly environment or hybrid-friendly (2 days per week in office) if you live near our offices in the NYC, DC or Seattle area
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience and geographic location. Range: $160,000 - $190,000
  • Bonus eligible position
  • Full benefits and unlimited PTO
  • Generous stock options
  • Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company in the financial technology industry
