Role Description:
- Utilize proactive marketing techniques, such as cold calls, to build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
- Secure exclusive listings by effectively communicating the benefits of our services and expertise
- Execute comprehensive marketing strategies through various channels to showcase development sites for sale and reach potential buyers
- Navigate negotiation process to achieve favorable sales prices and terms
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, legal professionals, and financial institutions, to facilitate smooth transactions
- Seamlessly guide clients through the entire CRE sales cycle from initial contact to closing
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry developments to provide valuable insights and advice to clients
Requirements
- Comfortable working as an independent contractor (1099), 100% commission based with uncapped earning potential
- Minimum one year of sales experience
- NYS Salesperson License OR willingness to obtain after start date
- Communication: strong interpersonal skills
