Our client, an esteemed law firm based in Austin, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Trial Attorney to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile cases and make a significant impact in the legal field.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the trial team and serve as the primary spokesperson in court proceedings.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies.
- Prepare and present oral arguments and written motions in court.
- Review and analyze discovery documents, evidence, and witness statements.
- Manage all aspects of trial preparation, including witness preparation, exhibit organization, and trial strategy development.
- Effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court throughout the litigation process.
- Adhere to ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Texas.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a trial attorney.
- Demonstrated expertise in civil litigation and trial advocacy.
- Excellent oral advocacy, legal research, and writing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage complex cases and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exceptional courtroom presence and persuasive communication skills.

Pay: $100,000- $120,000 per year
