Our client, an esteemed law firm based in Austin, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Trial Attorney to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile cases and make a significant impact in the legal field.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the trial team and serve as the primary spokesperson in court proceedings.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies.
• Prepare and present oral arguments and written motions in court.
• Review and analyze discovery documents, evidence, and witness statements.
• Manage all aspects of trial preparation, including witness preparation, exhibit organization, and trial strategy development.
• Effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court throughout the litigation process.
• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Texas.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a trial attorney.
• Demonstrated expertise in civil litigation and trial advocacy.
• Excellent oral advocacy, legal research, and writing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage complex cases and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exceptional courtroom presence and persuasive communication skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality legal representation and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.

Pay: $100,000- $120,000 per year
