Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex litigation matters and possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively to support our attorneys. Salary: $75,000-85,000

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all phases of the litigation process, from case inception to trial
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and responses
• Manage case files and maintain all relevant documents and records
• Conduct legal research and analysis using various resources
• Assist in the preparation for depositions, hearings, and trials
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Organize and manage case calendars and deadlines
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and organizing documents

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and processes
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using legal software and technology
• Certification from an accredited paralegal program is preferred
