We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Behavioral Health Transfer Center Manager (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and management of patient transfers into behavioral health facilities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between referring facilities, receiving facilities, and other healthcare providers.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the Behavioral Health Transfer Center, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to evaluate patient needs and determine appropriate placement in a behavioral health facility
• Facilitating the transfer process, including coordinating transportation and ensuring timely bed availability
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with referring facilities and receiving facilities to ensure seamless transfer of patients
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards

Requirements

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license (Must have compact license)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a behavioral health setting
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Manager overseeing behavioral health case management, care coordination, or transfer center operations
