Job Description
Seasoned Recruitment is working with a leading law firm in search of a Hybrid Bankruptcy Partner. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced bankruptcy attorney to join a reputable firm with a strong national presence. Ideal candidates will be located in or around New York, NY, Woodbridge, NJ, and Philadelphia for Office Meetings and Trials as needed.
As a Hybrid Bankruptcy Partner, you will play a key role in the firm's bankruptcy practice. You will be responsible for representing both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, providing strategic guidance and advice to clients, and managing a team of attorneys and support staff. The ideal candidate will be located in or around
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling all aspects of bankruptcy cases, including filings, negotiations, court appearances, and trials
- Representing both debtors and creditors in bankruptcies
- Providing strategic advice and guidance to clients
- Managing and mentoring a team of attorneys and staff
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Participating in business development efforts, including client pitches and presentations
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- At least 10 years of experience in bankruptcy law
- A strong track record of success in handling bankruptcy cases on behalf of debtors and creditors
- An established book of business and a proven ability to generate new business
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Admission to the bar in the state of practice
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
