Job Description

Seasoned Recruitment is currently looking for a dedicated Hybrid Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. As a Hybrid attorney, you will have the flexibility to work remotely while offering top-quality legal services to our clients. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in commercial litigation, specifically focusing on complex business disputes. They should have exceptional abilities in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy. Holding a valid law license and demonstrating a successful track record in commercial litigation cases are essential requirements. This is a Hybrid position that offers competitive compensation and benefits. We prefer candidates who are located in or near New York, NY, Woodbridge, NJ, or Philadelphia, as they may need to come into the firm and attend trials when required.

Salary: $189,000 - $250,000 or up to $300,000 if you have a book of business

Bonus potential: 25%

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on complex business disputes
  • Strong skills in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy
  • Admission to the bar is required
  • Demonstrated track record of success in commercial litigation cases
  • Ability to work remotely with a high level of professionalism
