PLUS Communications is a full-service communications firm based in Arlington, Virginia. PLUS Communications leads award-winning campaigns integrating public affairs, corporate communications, digital, advertising and media buying. PLUS means more! We are seeking a creative and hard-working Senior Associate to join our fast-growing digital practice to help top-tier advocacy campaigns and organizations win, every day.
Your day in this position may include:
- Trafficking video, display, and search campaigns across a number of digital channels, ensuring error free set-up and optimized delivery for client projects.
- Managing performance for active campaigns, minding pacing, user reach, and campaign specific KPI performance.
- Collaborating with the broader digital advertising team on performance goals, campaign planning, and creative testing.
Requirements

- Have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a meticulous attention to detail with the ability to deliver consistent, error-free ad implementation.
- Have a positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Are able to hit tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests and projects.
What we require:
- At least 1 year of relevant digital advertising experience. Past agency experience is a plus!
- Familiarity with some digital advertising platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, or DoubleClick Manager.
- Proficiency in Excel with an understanding of basic formulas to deliver error-free, scalable work.
