  • Support program teams in developing budgets for grant proposals.
  • Collaborate with the grants department to ensure that programs are in compliance with all active MNCH agreements while serving as a resource to staff, providing post-award guidance to program leads.
  • In partnership with the Senior Manager, Finance amp; Operations, serve as the primary point of contact for program teams during the organizational budget process, leading the initial collection and review of all budget inputs, and project managing timelines for all Accelerator budget reviews.
  • Steward donor financial close-outs for MNCH programs.

Operations:

  • Identify additional processes or tools to increase the efficiency of day-to-day business.
  • Maintain Program’s workforce planner -- a tool used to estimate where and how we plan to bill all staff time across secured and imminent funding.
  • Manage and document program bidding processes, documenting the selection of vendors/consultants, and ensuring compliance with Global and/or Regional procurement procedures.

Location:

This role will be based in Washington DC, but remote work is possible for the right fit candidate. In this role you will have the opportunity to travel up to 10%.
