Full-time/Part-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor Needed

Salary Range:
- $115,000 to $130,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- We manage the business operations so you can fully focus on providing high-quality care to your clients.
- Cloud based EHR (electronic health records) provided to ensure compliance for all insurance companies, including Medicaid and Medicare.
- We provide a HIPPA compliant platform for telehealth sessions.
- Provide counseling services to patients during their treatment with Empowerment Counseling Services.
- Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions to help identify problems and solutions and maintain client safety and confidentiality.
- Conduct treatment programs to help control symptoms of mental health, trauma, and/or dual diagnosis.
Requirements
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.
How to Qualify:
- Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
- Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport and establishing a therapeutic connection with clients remotely.
- Show empathy, compassion, and understanding towards clients' experiences and challenges.
- Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage therapy sessions and documentation remotely.
